Much of my work involves informal education through individual and group consultations. That includes one-on-one coaching or support for individuals who want to critically examine their current attitudes and behaviors and/or explore strategies for increasing their capacity to create greater access, inclusion, equity and full participation. That also includes working with groups (departments, organizations, and institutions) to analyze current policies and practices with respect to access and equity and to develop strategic plans to improve access, inclusion, equity and full participation.
